Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI integration, specifically targeting advancements relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic advisory role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Vision: Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Neural Interfaces) to drive business value.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
