- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Establish quantum performance benchmarks and validation methodologies
- Secure partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers (e.g., IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Drive patent development in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
