Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the deployment of next-generation generative AI models optimized for quantum hardware.
- Lead the R&D team in exploring neuromorphic computing paradigms to reduce energy consumption in AI inference.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous generative agents in real-world applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate 2026-ready technology stacks into our core product suite.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging tech trends to ensure Aethelgard remains 2 years ahead of the curve.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the future of software development.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI or Quantum Physics.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, with recent exposure to Quantum Computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable software products to market.
- Strong understanding of LLM (Large Language Model) fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
