- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with market opportunities
- Produce competitive intelligence reports and disruption vulnerability assessments
- Architect innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption and ethical implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor patent landscapes and emerging standards to inform R&D priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or tech consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for executive audiences
- Track record of implementing successful tech-driven business transformations
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management
