Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends with 3-5 year strategic impact
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market needs
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor patterns to inform strategic pivots
- Architect digital transformation roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI models
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology pilots with $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven initiatives with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, Web3
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
