Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3 infrastructure) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI of future-tech initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years experience in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) or innovation management
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
