Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in disruptive innovation domains
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their industry impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with patent strategy and IP development
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
