Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market disruptions to identify 2026-ready opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Measure ROI of tech investments and iterate on deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing implementation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or technology strategy a plus
- Portfolio of 3+ successful tech transformation initiatives
