- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets across experimental projects
- Mentor technical teams in agile methodologies for futuristic development
- Represent company at global tech summits and patent strategy forums
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
- Patent portfolio with ≥10 granted innovations
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA)
