Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, AR/VR ecosystems, bio-integrated systems)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or blockchain
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for AI/AR/VR
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ professionals
