Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year tech roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum resilience, and climate-positive computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends in decentralized systems and biotech convergence
- Shape corporate innovation policy with regulatory foresight for 2026 tech landscape
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire pre-IPO quantum/AI startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on paradigm-shifting opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on tech ethics or singularity implications
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Security clearance preferred for government-contracted innovation projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic system designs
