- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with agile methodologies
- Present strategic visions to investors and industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products ($50M+ revenue impact)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Strategic consulting background (McKinsey, BCG, or Big 4 equivalent)
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and governance
