- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate strategic vision into actionable tech initiatives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology impact assessments to executive stakeholders and investment committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in forecasting tech trends (AI, blockchain, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
