- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital consortiums
- Oversee patent development for zero-knowledge blockchain protocols

Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI domains
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent from Tier-1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science on ethical AI or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q# or Qiskit)
