Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cutting-edge 2026-compatible AI architectures that scale to millions of concurrent users.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for real-time inference and zero-latency decision making.
- Mentor a team of elite data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proven track record of leading AI projects from concept to production deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability statistics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
