Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Manage innovation sprints with agile methodologies to validate tech hypotheses
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech think tank with industry partners
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products based on future-tech research
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, AR/VR ecosystems, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
- Experience scaling teams through exponential growth phases
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
