Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the creation of a comprehensive 3-year strategic technology plan that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Assess and validate emerging technologies (e.g., AI Agents, Neural Interfaces) to determine their viability for integration into our core stack.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts for the 2026 release cycle.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology trends to identify opportunities and threats that could impact our market position.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical strategy, product management, or senior engineering leadership roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level vision into actionable, executable technical roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and the future of Web3/Spatial Computing.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
