Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions with 3-year implementation timelines
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital transformation strategies
- Drive innovation through our Austin R&D lab's $50M annual R&D budget
- Present at global tech summits including CES 2026 and Web Summit
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI alignment
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 2026 foresight certification
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 3-year tech predictions
