Responsibilities

- Develop and present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and boards
- Manage R&D investments and allocate resources to high-impact projects
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation teams including engineers, researchers, and business strategists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
