- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the executive board and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for early-stage technology access

- Design governance frameworks for responsible innovation and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
