- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor tech investments and identify disruptive opportunities
- Build relationships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
