- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Author thought leadership reports on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Certification in futures thinking or technology foresight (preferred)
