Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, anticipating market shifts and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and integrating breakthrough technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen innovations
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology adoption ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of commercializing cutting-edge innovations
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
