Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on future-readiness
- Quantify ROI and risk factors for experimental technologies
- Author annual Future Technology Outlook reports influencing company-wide strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech integration, or sustainable tech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex tech concepts to stakeholders
