Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year development horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in tech convergence
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Present disruptive frameworks to C-suite and board members for resource allocation decisions
- Drive innovation culture through quarterly tech hackathons and internal R&D incubation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies (IEEE Nature tier preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Technology Readiness Levels)
