- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive disruption vectors
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing disruptive technologies
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Stage-Gate, Lean Startup) in corporate environments
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
