Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market signals
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and investor pitches
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering with published research in future-tech domains
- Proven track record of launching moonshot initiatives (quantum, AGI, etc.)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and global innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
