Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record of launching futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
