Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $10B+ market potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Design patent frameworks for next-gen computational architectures
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Author thought leadership for Nature/Future of Science publications
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Neurotech with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to market (e.g., 3+ successful exits)
- Expertise in ISO 20700 tech forecasting standards and patent strategy
- Deep familiarity with DARPA/IARPA program frameworks
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/Cell)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#/Qiskit)
- Security clearance eligibility (or current active clearance)
