Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of next-gen technology roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, biotech fusion)
- Design cross-functional implementation strategies for AI-driven automation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with MIT/Stanford research labs on pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record launching tech products with >$50M impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech
- Published author in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience with federal grant writing (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Python and system architecture modeling
