Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and market impact
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
