Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy with 2026 milestones for AI, IoT, and next-gen platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies in lab-to-market environments
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible innovation and regulatory compliance in emerging sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and Silicon Valley startups
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid technology iteration and validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technology initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
