What you'll achieve:
- Define technology adoption frameworks for next-gen innovations
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum, AR/VR, and synthetic biology
- Develop competitive advantage through patent strategy and IP monetization
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and investors
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence in emerging tech verticals
- Lead incubation initiatives for disruptive startups in our accelerator program
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and biotechnology applications
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget allocation across R&D domains
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn tech firms
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or similar
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent journals
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants for emerging tech
