- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD researchers and engineers
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development cycles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching 3+ patented products
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Executive experience scaling R&D teams to 100+ members
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
