Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial application
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present compelling technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D investment decisions based on ROI and competitive advantage analysis

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
