- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate next-generation products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory shifts impacting future implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends and driving adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience developing long-term strategic plans with measurable KPIs
- Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
