- Develop 3-5 year technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend mapping
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech risks and opportunities
- Architect adaptive infrastructure solutions for quantum computing and AI integration
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Produce executive reports on disruptive technologies' market impact
- Manage innovation pipeline with startup scouting and M&D strategy

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, AR/VR
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready tech solutions
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech regulations and ethical frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
