Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, blockchain) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and deploy next-gen solutions in partnership with R&D teams
- Advise executive leadership on tech investments, risk mitigation, and competitive positioning
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating future-tech concepts into scalable business solutions
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M and cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
