Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early-stage technology acquisition
- Quantify ROI and risk metrics for emerging technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive organizational adoption of future-focused technologies through change management programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech, or Web3
- Exceptional scenario planning and futures analysis capabilities
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation journals
