- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/sustainability preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large R&D budgets
