Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and develop 5-year strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation sandbox
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure ROI and adoption metrics for emerging technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs, AI research institutes, and biotech accelerators
- Present visionary technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology convergence scenarios
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, or decentralized systems
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of futuristic technologies
- Certification in Future Foresight methodologies (e.g., from foresight academy)
- Experience leading innovation teams in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale organizations
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals or conference proceedings
