Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation labs
- Translate scientific breakthroughs into market-ready solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and genetic engineering
- Secure $10M+ in government grants and venture capital
- Present strategic visions to Fortune 500 boards and UN committees
- Mentor PhD researchers in commercializing academic discoveries
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years
- Proven track record in scaling R&D from lab to market
- Expertise in quantum computing or synthetic biology preferred
- Experience with DARPA/EU Horizon grant applications
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 and IEEE ethics standards
