Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year projections and implementation frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional task forces in adopting future-ready technologies
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain innovation advantage

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful tech roadmaps
