Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead innovation workshops with stakeholders to align on future technology adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech markets and identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop implementation frameworks for emerging technologies into core business operations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed ROI projections
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading tech incubators and academic institutions
- Create technology governance policies for ethical and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing future-tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ technical professionals
