Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two cutting-edge products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technology ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
