Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential acquisition/partnership
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for future innovations
- Present technology roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with academic and corporate partners
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within Fortune 500 companies
