Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) with disruptive potential
- Lead R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and circular economy innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with corporate vision and investor relations
- Build and manage a global network of tech partners, startups, and research institutions
- Present strategic insights to board members and industry thought leaders
- Oversee prototype development and rapid testing cycles for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, CEH) or equivalent experience
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with agile development and lean innovation methodologies
