Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for quantum computing systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on machine learning models
- Collaborate with AI researchers to embed ethical safeguards in neural networks
- Advocate regulatory compliance for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Research emerging ethical challenges in human-AI interaction paradigms
- Author position papers on AI ethics for industry and policy audiences
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in AI bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles and neural network architectures
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in applied ethics and stakeholder engagement
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
