Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in and resource allocation for strategic initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CEIM) desirable
