Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with corporate vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web4.0) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech incubators and academic research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with history of influencing C-suite decisions
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives across multiple markets
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and international tech ecosystems
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight (preferred)
